The app takes too long to open up. That's the only problem I have with it. It's taken two to three hours for my app just to open up

This app has no way to set an automatic payment from my account, so every month I get an email threatening to cancel my insurance and I get a late fee when I pay past due. It has been almost a year and this app has shown absolutely no improvement no way to set automatic payments not even a way to set any notification that your password is going to be due soon! This app is a joke.
