Very misleading disappointing customer service. I had the service running for a few years. When time came to terminate, upon switching the auto-renewal off came a cheaper renew offer popup window, I turn it down anyway but the day vame and still got charged. I try to contact the online customer service only to be told that it was my fault and even if not used for 1 day, I will not have a refund. This is garbage. I am not happy with the service. BEWARE, DO NOT USE THE AUTO RENEW SERVICE.

The service is fine besides the fact they trick you by saying you won't be charged until 7 day free trial expires. I was charged immediately and cancelled two days later and zero refunded. I contacted my bank immediately

Another scam VPN demanding payment for something that isn't worth the cost and conning people into a subscription by way of forced "try free" clause. So many fake vpn's have appeared in the last 10 years it's insane yet all are left unchecked stealing data criminally around the world. To answer your reply it's easy to use bots to get reviews meaning your "review" stat is a useless stat and the facts I brought up you haven't denied happy users that don't know the difference are just people u scam.
