★★★★★ I'm very happy with the Irish life health insurance. Easy to process the claims through their App. For minor injury clinics, instead to go to hospital A & E, you can visit Affidea in Santry or Taillight with direct payment to Irish Life and just pay the access fee.

★★★★★ Better than their not bad website for making claims. A bit clunky when selecting dates for 2023 when now in 2024 - have to choose the year first otherwise it annoyingly tries to reset the date

★★☆☆☆ Submit claim button in mobile app doesn't work time to time. Latest updates seem like to introduce lots of errors. The button is unresponsive

★★☆☆☆ The biggest issue with this app is that every time I want to use it, I need to type email and password, almost like using browser rather than app. Any other app 9 out of 10 times, remembers login details, that's the purpose of apps, this is like fake app, you have to log in every time, very annoying. Someone did not pay much for a good developer and here we are, poor customer experience.
