Not great. Taxi didn't turn up even though the app had confirmed. Had to wait 2hrs for another. Following day when tried to book a return nothing was available, tried repeatedly. Purpose of using an app is supposed to make it easier. Just call the company instead. Also beware, you have to pay for the toll road if you don't have a summer card. (This isn't included in the quoted price shown in the app).

Experience? Get taxi is only about luck. Call taxi for example from the train is not possible because "region". Taxi in Austria is really big problem.
