I have liked the watch and app for over a year now. Ever since the last update, I can no longer change the watch face and the heart rate monitor keeps flashing even though I have it toggled off. My watch is an iTech Actv 2, maybe that is an older version? I don't know. It isn't bad, just a little annoying. So I kept the 5 stars.

Since the update, the watch loses connectivity constantly for weather and notifications. Tried resetting the watch, reinstalling the app. I'm still having issues. It was better before the update.

It's been the worst thing you could buy! It doesn't even stay connected to my phone for 24 hours and when I try to reconnect it can't find it 😡!

Does not work totally. Will not consistently sync or retain my data from my smartwatch. With most features, it won't even collect the data, period! Constantly disconnects from my watch, even if I'm not separate from my phone and Bluetooth is on. Some of the features don't work correctly. Disappointed. But I guess you get what you pay for. This ain't no Fitbit or Apple Watch...

First.you can't set the phone.the weather! AND when you set your goals for steps & miles.it won't keep up with them...especially the steps!! Second. It's just a GLORIFIED WATCH!!
