The app interface is pathetic. It hangs a lot. Lecture videos can't be played from J chemistry website after login. Also, screen mirroring with laptop doesn't play videos. Even after purchasing the course you can only play videos on small phone screen only. Using small screen for longer time strains the eyes. Raising ticket in app are also not reverted.

There's no doubt that the teaching is excellent, but the app is too much to handle. I already have eye problem and on top of that the videos have access to mobile app only. They should really give access of videos on biggar screen on PC. Not everyone can see the small screen of mobile. That really hurts my eyes and causes headache. Also, the loading of documents and assignments take a long time anf sometimes hangs a lot. So kindly look into these problems.
