★★★★★ The staff at jack Jones are so outstanding they really are. THey always go above and beyond for their customers. Each and every one of them are so helpful and supportive and u would be sure to be greeted with such a warm. And very caring smile each time u would enter this amazing store. There is actually one young guy who I spoke to over the phone a few days ago and who also assisted us while we were shopping in store, and he is such a wonderful person also with assisted me with my partner

★★☆☆☆ Items lost from the bag. I took my time and added things I wanted to buy to shopping bag, I went back to see if there's something else I could add to find that everything just disappeared from the bag. Yeah Definitely not buying then

★★☆☆☆ The app is so buggy, always opens items as I'm scrolling then when I look at an item returns me to the top of the list of items I'm looking at rather than the spot I was originally at. I get notifications of offers so click on the notification, and it opens up on the same home page with no sign of said offers. Needs a lot of improvement, very disappointing app.

★★☆☆☆ Cannot order anything as it will not let you pass the shipping page

★★☆☆☆ App doesn't function on my new Samsung Galaxy S7. Gets stuck right after the page that'd lets you choose the country.
