★★★★★ After update on 27 Dec 2023, an error occurs when registering new visitor, saying that we are unable to register visitor while tenant mode is activated, but the tenant mode in app is actually not activated. Hopefully the team fix it soon. Is a convenient app for house owners.
★★★★★ Some wishlist: please make the keyboard always on top instead of collapse when switching between app. Please also sort the visitor list by time registered like the previous version.
★★★★★ Wrong visitor.after the visitor check out, I cannot report thr wrong visitor button. Can you improve to still allow report wrong visitor even the visitor check out so that if the same visitor come back .there is some remark for him.
★★☆☆☆ Pls update my payment record accordingly in jaga apps as I have already made payment in dec24 for jan25 maintenance fees. However jaga app indicate pending payment for Jan maintenance fees by 16jan25 tq.
★★☆☆☆ The check-in check-out function needs improvement! My previous condo used the other JagaApp & I had no issues. This condo is weird. QR code always not working, check-out time is completely off by far! In fact, it shows one of my guests checked-in 2 weeks ago & still hasn't left! Craziness. If the visitor comes daily, then it usually checks the person out around 6.30am every day for some reason, instead of the time they actually left the night before. Pointless in terms of security tracking
★★☆☆☆ The apps are not functioning, after I change my phone. The apps keep asking me to register an account and no interface for me to login
