सरकारी कार्यालय जैसा उसका ये एप भी है। OTP आता नहीं, तो कोई लॉग इन कैसे करेगा, खुद को रजिस्टर कैसे करेगा, अपडेट कीजिए एप को सिर्फ डिजिटली होने का दिखावा मत कीजिये।

The app is not able to send any OTP for fresh registration how & what do we expect next ? Bihar government should hire freelancer who can develop better app than this. Government is wasting our money on digital contract and no validation method by senior employees or Authority to check whether public utilities are working or not!

बहुत ही बकवास है कुछ होता जाता नहीं है कि सिर्फ चार बार फोन कर देता है बस सर चला घोष कर बैठा हुआ है जिसके खिलाफ कुछ भी शिकायत करो तो पहले जाकर पैसा लेकर पहुंच जाता है हम बांका जिला से हैं राशन डीलर के बारे में चार बार आवेदन पूरा गांव लेकिन कुछ भी नहीं कर पाया डीलर जैसे कते से 1 साल में छह बार सिर्फ राशन देते हैं उसके बाद देता ही नहीं है सोचा यहां से ऑनलाइन शिकायत करूं तो कुछ राहत मिलेगा लेकिन कुछ नहीं हुआ
