LATEST UPDATE BROKE SHOPPING LIST I have always used Jewels app as the stire is huge and it's so much easier to ahop if you have a list. Whatever change they made most recently though has it crash every time you open the list in aisle mode. Even worse the button to change it back is hidden while it loads the screen that causes the crash! It's been broken for 2 weeks now but support doesn't care at all. Pissed that I haven't been able to go to the store because I can't look up where items are!

It's okay. Something is always out of stock. The app says they're in stock but every time shopping starts they say it's unavailable. Half my order was unavailable, and they won't let you cancel or adjust the tip. If you buy something that's on sale, they'll substitute it with something you don't want and charge you full price for it. Half my order got canceled, and I still had to pay an 8 dollar tip.

The app doesn't work when inside local jewel in Mount Prospect Il. Just gives error codes. Cannot clip any coupons. So I will not be shopping at that jewel because I can't clip coupons.

UPDATE: Still consistently locked out of the app. The contact us button doesn't work. I'm currently sitting outside in the freezing cold near the pickup area hoping to get the attention of an employee bc I'm locked out AFTER having placed a pickup order and gotten the notification it's ready for pickup. Overall, the convenience and savings the app provides ends up being a net negative because it takes time to fix this BS every few weeks.
