App is fine overall, it gives you the menu, and you can order and customize sub sandwiches. 2 stars because the app needs an update, you can't select ingredients on the side like you typically can other places. The app ordering would be smoother for customer and worker if customers can include this in the app order. Rather than requesting after the worker has prepared the bag.

The app no longer shows any of our local locations. We have three locations with in five miles of us. Not one shows up. The closest that shows up is eleven miles away. We used to love the app. We used it on a regular basis. Sadly, not anymore. Both my husband and son wanted Jimmy Johns for their birthday. They share a birthday. We could not put in an order. :(

Garbage rewards, fake promos. The app and all the online "deals" are never honored by the local stores. It's as if JJ's marketing team wants us to hate their stores and the app.
