I emailed the developer to ask if he'd include a watch face to show blood glucose in real time, and he did and sent me pictures and a clip showing where to locate it in the watch face store. This is helpful for anyone with diabetes or other blood sugar related conditions, though this is NOT a medical device per se. Still, it does what it says, and I can confirm that for me, it is accurate enough to warrant my approval.

I found that the watch strap was rubbing the skin off making it very sore, so I had to stop using it

Reported blood glucose numbers were following a predetermined pattern with a slight variation applied to it based on when most people should eat three meals a day. I verified this by one day fasting until a late lunch and the next eating every 30 min from breakfast till lunch. The values were within 5 points of each other, which is not possible. I'm a not sure what the step tracker was doing because I didn't care that much about it, but it was at least 50% different from my other smartwatch.

Issues I'm having is the app keeps losing connection with my watch. The watch isn't accurately measuring my sleep or steps. So if it can't accurately measure sleep & steps, I don't trust it for my blood glucose (the reason I got it). It keeps bouncing all over the place with reading.

Why does the glucose results show the same pattern on the line chart from day to day? I have 2 of these watches, and they both show the same glucose line chart pattern - this is not possible since the other user doesn't eat or peform the same activities as I do. Is this a bug or coded to follow pre-determined glucose levels?
