★★★★★ Been using the app for almost 2 years now, and it is ever-changing. The app and developers definitely deserve a 5 star with their quick response to input and fixing or changing problems that arise. The content has come a long way and trainers are alway adding new workouts. I haven't upgraded to the amp handles yet but jump rope has been an awesome part of my fitness journey and I would recommend Cross rope to everyone.

★★★★★ Really enjoy the app and cross rope system. I can always find a workout that will give me a challenge or even just enough to get me going. Jump ropes are the way to go.

★★☆☆☆ This app doesn't work well unless You have a paid subscription. Don't believe me? Select a workout and make it your favorite, then filter for your favorites. You won't find anything. Basically everything is behind the pay wall.

★★☆☆☆ It's a start but still misses the mark! App doesn't connect with strata, with the add of amp handles I thought this would be a given, Especially with frequent comparison of skipping rope to jogging. And even after paying for subscription I can't customize personal jump targets on app? Nor will it let me choose which rope I want to use for the workouts. I like basic tabata, I would like it more if I could choose a heavier rope I want to use!

★★☆☆☆ The app looks great, and I assume the workouts would be too if they weren't behind a paywall. Their ropes are great but at over $200 for them and then being asked to shell out another $200 every year for even basic workouts. They won't be getting my business again.
