It's a bit of a shame because we as JYPE fans not only we don't have our own App dedicated to its Fans besides paid BBL, but also this one feels like a Web Viewer at best more than an actual app honestly, loading of pages is super slow and outdated, next time pls JYP make and give us at least a REVERSE/REVERSE SHOP lvl of Application and services it provides pls especially if we want to further rise above the competition here, many thanks, Fighting... 🙃

Literally the worst official shop! I've tried logging in online, and it worked fine, but when I log in through the app, the log-in screen is always in korean, and when I do put in my information, it denies it! Fix your shop JYP!

This is possibly the worst app I've used. The app functions somewhat like a web browser that seems outdated, it loads quite slowly & I need to log in every single time I open the app, despite having used the option for "Save ID". Besides, this I need to go from the Korean version to the English version every single time, even though I do/can not own an account through the Korean version. Unfortunately I will need to keep using this app, since it offers product that are not available elsewhere.
