Worst bus service ever in india. I booked my ticket from Bangalore to Hyderabad and the bus arrived 40 minutes late at night 12:10. The driver didn't allow me to travel due to my cartoon package and didn't cancel or refund me too. Very rude staff and owner.

Today I booked Hyderabad to madurai. Kallada travels But my personal vehicle problem I con't able to reach on time. It delayed sharp 5 minutes. But the bus operators and authorized persions told this is not your private vehicle. We con't wait If you not come to on time. And not response the customer issues. I'm facing this same issue in my friends also. Today I lose 3000 I take govt bus to go home. Today is my worst day. Here after in my whole life based on whatever situation I will not book
