My device was set up in Spanish and the app used French version. The app is an excellent option to travel with cheap prices.

Horrible app, horrible interface. Full of bugs. Major issues in design: for instance, it won't notify you if someone has booked. Not intuitive at all. Crashes very frequently. Customer service is not great as well. In case you have to cancel a ride, you have to call them, and they are not a 24/7 service. Doesn't make sense at all. Polarize is far, far better.

You can't contact the driver by phone, text or email. It doesn't show their number anywhere on the app. It doesn't give you any app notification of a cancelled ride either.

No advantages over using browser. You can't save recurrent searches. You can't rate rides within the app, one needs to re login with a web browser. Then you receive emails pestering for ratings.
