★★☆☆☆ Majority of karwa drivers overcharge tourists and take them in a longer route than expected, they also overcharge you when booking via the karwa app which gives you a fixed price for your journey. I was scammed at least once a day with Karwa Taxi drivers, stay away and book elsewhere.

★★☆☆☆ I have lost 100qar++ online booking via credit card, no one try to resolve, the worst customer service 😔 Don't book Karwa taxi with credit card options it will change 2 times(just scheduled and after completing the ride)

★★☆☆☆ Today I used street karwa taxi 07 seaters when he was on fuel pump Waqod station, I ask for ride he said I finished my ride but when I reached 500 m away from my pickup I saw the meter it was 12 riyals show When I reached my destination meter shows 21 riyals Driver call police and I call karwa customer care, but they are not satisfying me My question is that is karwa charged extra or the Uganda Driver put 12 riyals instead of 0 riyals Where is justice ? Very bad experience.

★★☆☆☆ Booking for metro taxi is very difficult. The app is not as good as before.

★★☆☆☆ Please be careful! This app can just charge 7 QAR from your bank card and do nothing. Tried to book a ride, and right after, from my bank card charged 7 QAR, a couple of minutes and I received: "No ride available". Tried to book again, because I hoped it will be returned, but charged again and: "No ride available". Third time, ride found, charged 7 QAR again + ride price. Today I received 1 QAR return. Support is silent.
