Great place to buy fresh & good quality products for an affordable price under one roof...., but it's great to have widespread outlets island wide..... while comparing with Car gills. Better to open new outlets in rest of the major towns of the island like Badulla, Bandarawela, Ampulla, Monaragala, Hambanthota, Trincomalee, Batticaloa etc. At least in district or provincial capitals which already have 2 or more Car gills outlets.

Requested To remove Nexus Number for more than 2 weeks, as it's registered by another name, can't change Name in the app, can't delete the nexus account and can't use the number without deleting the previous account. Bad app, they need ID copy verification and visiting to outlets, but outlets have no idea of forms and removing a nexus account. So bad services in this regard

Pretty hopeless for the customer and for the business - which seems to make it as difficult as possible to give them money! Entry of mobile number and OTP is required every time the app is opened (expected when setting up but why every time?) and then the OTP doesn't arrive! Result? After four attempts, I can't place my order and Keells can't take my money! The number of developer responses to reviews (i.e. zero) is very significant. What a way to do business.
