★★★★★ Exactly what I was looking for. 5G home internet occasionally goes out and router needs to be reset, unfortunately I wasn't always home to do it, this product and app does all the work for me. It knows when Internet is down, and will reset my device and get me back running.

★★★★★ Superfast customer service which is always very tech smart guys. Very nice to talk to also. If you run any kind of router or wireless gateways like T-Mobile, AT&T or Verizon you need this device. Automatically resets your router, so it goes back online by itself. A most of you have any video cameras or video doorbells in your house or business.

★★☆☆☆ Can't log in in. Tapping on the login fields doesn't bring up a keyboard. All my other apps do.

★★☆☆☆ Send a reset trigger. It claims to stage it, but eventually it's not staged and the number of resets and last reset time does not increment nor is there any other indication that my equipment ever got rebooted. Why am I paying for this service, again?
