Love size of watch, screen view but beyond frustrated with the sleep read out. It isn't accurate. Today shows 2 am to 9:40 am and I went to bed a little after 10 pm and got up at 6:40 am. I've tried to fix it but nothing works. Why is to not showing the accurate time of my sleep?

So far, I'm not thrilled, but maybe the developers could be helpful. I cannot get this to sync with Google Fit (or whatever the newer app is now called), so I cannot use my data in any meaningful way. I need to be able to look at the body temperature results but change the scale you're using, so you can actually see the differences. I need to be able to download that information. Is there any way to do that? Also, I have never been able to verify my email. I have tried multiple times.

Couldn't get connected with my phone because it's an android. That's probably why I could never get the right time on this watch.

App won't work on my phone, the device has wildly inaccurate readings, a total piece of garbage. Do not order from Turquoise rewards, and do not waste the money if you are looking at buying it.

Overall this app can be annoying and hard to use. It's. Very disappointing when you buy a watch start to set up the app just to realize the app is like 3 versions behind, and you cannot update it to the version you need, so now I have a new watch I can't really use
