★★★★★ This company really helps its customer, and is quick at responding to when contacting them! The New update removed temperature info information on screen, but I was told features still active, just visually removed for convenience’s sake, or so I was told, thank you keep team for all you help !!!

★★☆☆☆ Need the option for Fahrenheit. Need connectivity to be improved. Need stuck on stalled message not to happen. Need the option for time zone, DST on or off, and custom time. Need the option for a custom screen message. Option to set the button on the Keep box to open/close Keep (an insecure option for those who want that.) NEED brightness/dim options for the time. Also need battery percentage and time to full and time to dead. Need tamper alerts to work. They don't. App description is a lie.

★★☆☆☆ App keeps shutting during setup. This started after April 11 update. Never completes the "finishing" step, even though Bluetooth and Wi-Fi show as connected. They are communicating because I can tell it to open and close and it responds. Help is not very helpful.
