Contrary to some of the less than stellar reviews of this company I have found them to be just fine. Always on time. Can't do better than that

App developers/Kelowna cab does not understand the concept of pre-booking. Pre-booking does not guarantee a driver at the specified time. Regardless of how early you book. Instead, 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup, the app will begin searching for a driver. This search went on for over 60 minutes. When a driver was finally locked in and was 10 min away, the ride was cancelled.

When it works I guess, but I've been late for work several times when booking a cab ahead of time because it says the cab is booked, but they simply don't show up after. Better off just calling in.
