★★★★★ This App is alright. It would be better if I could set up my dlDr. Appt on the app. Soon I'm sure.
★★★★★ I was able to create a profile and see all my benefits with no problem. I had a similar experience like someone mentioned, you can't register on KFHC with your medical member number. Once your date of when your benefits start, is when you can register and call KFHC to obtain your member number. For instance, I received my letter in July that my benefits are effective 8/1/20, so I had to wait until 8/3 to call and get my KFHC number to create my profile.
★★★★★ Best Healthcare Services in Kern County in my humble opinion. You will receive quality healthcare for the entire family. And I have confidence in their ability to provide professional and ethical principles as well as confidentiality when needed. Highly recommend
★★☆☆☆ Says I'm not connected to the internet. All of my other apps work correctly.
★★☆☆☆ Finally uninstalled. No use keeping a formerly decent app on my phone that no longer works. As soon as you tweet to open the app it says "no Internet connection." Log in to the website, it's just about as easy.
★★☆☆☆ App just says no Internet connection, even though I have good Wi-Fi signal.
