We're trying the K-Supreme brewer now, we actually just received it this morning and getting it set up, so we can use it. Thank you, Keurig, for all the wonderful brewers over the years and having such a bug selection of coffee's.

I like mine a lot. I wish they would re offer the one I had years ago for my first maker. It came with a carry case that held the maker and one or two K cup boxes for travel. Used It many times until it developed an internal leak. Wanted to replace it but it was discontinued.

The app keeps telling me that I do not have access to the server when I am trying to check my overdue delivery and personal account. It's been like this for over a week. Please fix it!

I have fingerprint scan set up, but I still have log in the long way each time. I no longer get notifications it's time to brew. When I go to brew a coffee via the app I have yo log in multiple times which doesn't save time at all. Might as well go back to the non-smart version.

I'm reducing my rating from a 3 to 1. I give the coffee makers a 5 the app is a -5. It frequently tells me I don't have authorization for my Smart Delivery. It has actually gone down in quality over time. I contacted support and the response was sorry you are having issues we are working on it.

We bought the brewer. The way to use the Smart functionality is through the app. This app is just to target you for more sales. They sold us a product and then keep shoving a storefront down our throats. Notifications are all lumped together, so you HAVE TO HAVE sales notifications blowing up on your phone if you want to use your product YOU BOUGHT fully. This is so incredibly disappointing, and I'm tired of companies doing this. All this has done is turn me off of Keurig. Unbelievable.
