When using this app with Sidebar app it's perfect. I tested several apps and this was the only true shortcut app that didn't need any permissions granted. If you use Sidebar which is like a slide out app drawer you can access anywhere you can add the keyboard shortcut app to it and change your keyboard from any screen. Big thanks for making the app.

Keyboard Switcher still works great in 2024, but it needs some new updates and Android dark mode support and Android quick tile support too.

icon (to open it) went directly to the keyboard switch screen instead of
having to tap a second "Switch Keyboards" button.

Ap can't locate all installed keyboards. Poor user interface.

Although the author recently updated the app to activate the dialog as soon as the activity is launched, there are several ways to improve it further. 1. When you open the app after the first time, the dialog won't be opened. 2. The perfect way to do this would be to get rid of the activity once and for all. Only use the dialog. So when I select one keyboard from the dialog, I can instantly get back to what I was doing.
