Brilliant product, got mine installed in November and it has been great! I'm able to top up from my sofa which saves me going outside. I can check what I'm currently using, previous usage (prev day, week and months) and how much credit is left on the meter. Would absolutely recommend getting Keypad+! It saves so much time and hassle topping up.

Eventually got phone linked to keypad, and the app now seems compatible with my phone. Able to check usage etc. but have not yet tried to add credit to meter.

The app is great - the ability to connect to the meter through Bluetooth is substandard. This needs to be addressed!

If zero stars was an option I would use it. The Bluetooth keypad is useless. It never connects to the smartphone app. The only way to get it to connect is unplug it and plug it back in! This defeats the purpose of what it's supposed to do. It's NOT convenient it's a hassle!

App does nothing! Recently got a Bluetooth keypad in and was told I'd be able to check my balance via the app and top up via the app...was able to see my balance once, and now I can't even attempt to repair the app-keypad. No point in app at all.
