★★★★★ The tags and the app are not the best; some phones won't detect the tags, and the settings in the app are lackluster. For example, when the Bluetooth is out of range and disconnects, the tags beep for about 30 seconds, and you can't set it to not beep, which happens a lot if you put it on your pets' collars. The integrated Google Maps is also bad for various reasons. So why did I give it 4 stars? Because the tags only cost me sub $1, no ADs, and support multiple devices, contrary to some reviews.

★★☆☆☆ Bought a tag at a store, came to download app suggested, and the app won't even open. Keeps closing... sweet.

★★☆☆☆ ABSOLUTELY TRASH!!! DO NOT PURCHASE ITAG NO MOT USE THIS APP!!!! Took 20 mins just to get the app to register that there was an actual itag close by, and then it only connected to it ONCE!!! I can't even get it to do the 'on' 'off' beeps so IDK if it's on or not and the app refuses to reconnect with the tag. I'm glad I didn't pay full price for this itag GPS tracker for my dog. Next time I'll avoid the 'sale' stuff 🙄😒
