Only issue is the difference in price for the exact same journey. Not a small difference either, I feel like I can't pay on my card sometimes because the driver prefers cash. That's fair enough but on the days I can't pay any other way I don't appreciate the attitudes on some of them. Thanks however to all the very polite and friendly drivers who make the journey that bit better. 😊

It won't let me add my card details even though my phone nmb is updated and on here it still rings my old phone I uninstall and still no change

The worst taxi company ever, don't bother trying to book a taxi with them, especially in the evenings. Numerous occasions I have booked a taxi, and it simply hasn't turned up, with not a word from the company. I wouldn't mind if the can't do the job, but don't say you will then not turn up. Disgusting customer service, and they don't seem to care. I'll never use them again.

WS good and taxi drivers aren't the problem. Ridiculous, stupid, nightmare inducing feature was added which means if you make a mistake with the address it will lock you out for 10 minutes!! Can ruin everything when you're in a rush. I now use uber instead because It's so much more reliable. I'm not the only one who has now given up booking with kingkabs, despite years of company use.
