Easy to use app although on my first rent, had an issue. Customer Service were great for resolving. Second rental was much smoother. App unlocks & locks car, shows hires, account & location of vehicle. Update 12 Apr 23: been almost a year now. The app runs smoothly, the customer service when needed has been A+ but mostly I book, pick up and go. Used to have a work vehicle but changed jobs & thought I'd have to buy. Now I use Kinto when we need a second car. Works out much cheaper for me!

Easy to use. Set up and booking was simple. Only had a small issue when the vehicle would not lock. All it required was for me to restart the app. This is a service I would use again.

This app is useless. It's either broken or there are no cars in Melbourne for any time period. Which means it might as well be broken.

Worst ever experience. Rejected my application without any reason. Called customer service, and they say they are not going to give any reason.

Terrible app, terrible online platform but most of all, useless and unsafe customer service. Would advise using a proper car rental company any day over this terrible company. They gave us a car with a replacement tire. No responses to emails. Left us alone with no help. Terrible unsafe journey. All the tires were flat. It has been over a week and still no response from them. Tried to book on their website first - glitchy and doesn't work. My wife tried to join, approved at end of booking. AVOID
