I have been using online grocery for probably four or five years now, and it is very good, but there are some things that need to be improved, like the app being slow and the worst part is that most of the items I need are not available on the display. There is also a need for improvement in that, the delivery is fast and very good, the price is also reasonable, the quality of the items is excellent, I give it 4 stars out of 5 stars.

WORST EXPERIENCE ! HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED Don't waste money and time in this app. I would not recommend this Kiran (MeroKirana) to anyone. Their lack of customer support, false promises, and unreliable delivery have made my experience incredibly frustrating. If they don't want to deliever groceries then why wasting customers time. I waited entire day for the delivery, but they keep repeating delivery on 1 pm then 2pm then 3pm and then 3:30 fooling customers. They DON'T VALUE CUSTOMER'S TIME.

Cheaters!!! I ordered a kilo of an apple. All of them were rotten. Customer care contacted me about the experience, and I told her that all the apples were rotten. She promised me to have them replaced. And never contacted after. So moral of the story. Don't buy anything from here. I still have the proof of those rotten apples and chat with the customer support. If Kiran thinks it's a lie
