★★☆☆☆ The app works as intended. The problem is kit sap credit union. For a bank that seemingly only has branches on the wa st islands (that require a ferry ride to reach), they make it very difficult to make my loan payment. There is a 15 dollar "convenience charge" to make a payment via debit card over the phone or online and insist you set up the app to avoid the charge. Once I set the app up, I realized that I couldn't make a debit payment through the app. 3 day wait for transfers is also rough.
