★★★★★ I use kleineanzeige since 2016. The app and the community are great. It respects privacy and offers security. After hundreds of transactions, my experience in 99% of cases was positive.

★★★★★ Easy marketplace app with low advertising. In app direct payment system is quite a rip-off with 10% fee for the buyer but at least you are not obliged to use it, yet. The day it will become a commission fee based system I will stop using it tout cour.

★★★★★ Why did you remove Google Translate from the features in your Android version? Previously, you could use Google Translate by holding down the click.

★★☆☆☆ Avoid German services if alternatives from the US or other advanced nations exist, especially Kleinanzeigen’s "Sicher Befallen." Once paid, your money is only safe for Kleinanzeigen and the seller—not you. I bought an item via SB; the seller admitted to sending the wrong one. Proving it was stressful, with no feedback. Despite success, I still had to cover all SB fees plus shipping costs BOTH WAYS, despite the seller’s mistake! Typical German service—avoid at all costs. Use PayPal G&S instead.

★★☆☆☆ Since last update the app is terrible. Unstable, disconnecting many times, no direct access to Google Maps to count distance or translation of the text. Also, massively aggressive ads all over the place and also between pictures

★★☆☆☆ Blocked my account for no reason, and they are not telling me why. The support is responding with copy and paste emails. Extremely poor support staff. I hope they get a competitor to break their monopoly if that's how they deal with problems at their end.

★★☆☆☆ Got permanently banned directly after creating my account FOR NO REASON and was treated very disrespectfully, basically getting told to leave the platform permanently and not come back again for NO REASON WHATSOEVER

★★☆☆☆ App logged me out, and now I can't log in anymore. It doesn't take my password and when I try to reset it, the mail that should be send never arrives. Not in the spam, not days later, nothing. So now I do have to abandon my running account for a new one? Very annoying!
