I think all these negative reviews could potentially be "operator error" I started with the ole cinema 600. Recently went to the Flexus 200. Added a sub and the surround speakers. This thing will rock your noggin! I've been a Kitsch guy for many years! Everything runs and operates as intended. App, BT, speakers, etc. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Update fixed the connection problem for me. My biggest issue is no ability to increase just the center channel... Some of these sports streaming services seem to mute the vocals and increase the music....and yes I have the vocals chosen on the app

App works great when it does connect. Great controls and sound options. At times, it just won't connect and the soundbar is on. I stop the app, clear cache and restart my Bluetooth. After a few tries it reconnects. So not sure what's the deal. S21 Ultra.

So far so good! I just got the Flexus 200 and everything is working perfectl! I used to have freezing issues with the older app and the older soundbar. Kitsch has been amazing to work with. I HIGHLY recommend them!

Great app... when it works. Problem: It doesn't work often. Rarely connects to the speaker without having to unplug soundbar and reset app. Pain in the booty.

Patience required. It takes a while for the app to connect to the Flexus Core 200. Even after it connects, the app requires a loading period before you're allowed to change settings. Want to change the EQ? Got to wait. Want to turn on Night Mode? Got to wait more. Also, there's no virtual remote available in the app. Nor can I see the Codec being used. The images on this page show that the app can do these two things, but it can't. What gives? Don't lose the physical remote. You will need it.

I'm really disappointed in Kitsch for not developing a usable app. The overall ratings should tell you everything you need to know. When you open the app, you have to manually connect to your speaker (each time you use the app) and then wait 5–10 seconds for an actual connection to be made to your speakers. If you change a setting and then go back to the main page, you'll have to wait again for it to connect. I'm surprised they haven't removed the app from Google. It's not good for the brand.
