Stupid people asking for confirmation after booking and payment for services. Isn't booking and payment confirmation for availing service at the time given by customer. Delaying service not assigning another person not canceling and giving refund. Wasted half of my Saturday just waiting for them first to come to my place then for doing the work. Deleting app after this fist and last cheat loot fraud service and dumb people who are forcing me to take their service even after refusing.

TERRIBLE!!! Order a full home clean on Dec 5 btwn 8-10 a.m. Nobody showed till 8:50 and called the crew. They hung up on me. The customer care rep says "the professional is not picking up his phone". He REFUSED a cancellation/refund and insisted I wait another hour for a different crew to show up. At 10:00 ONE person shows up, with no broom or mop and begins to clean. He uses MY worn-out broom and dirty mop to clean and does not move the couch or other furniture to clean under them. AVOID!
