Please bring back the rename option at the last part as it is easier for us to find/check and edit the forms we previously filled out... in our work, we fill out the same form for like 5–10 times depending on the numbers of stations/barangay we are validating. So I personally utilize the rename option, so it is easier for me to find the form and edit it if I missed something, or I want to add any remarks. Pls... pls.pls. Asd it again on your next update.
