★★★★★ Updated review for 2024 - I actually really like being part of The Kroc now. It's a nice app, but it's easy to use and offers a fantastic savings rate both in main account and any 'pots' that split off from that. Highest interest of any bank I'm with (and I seem to collect bank accounts 🙄). Nice card too. I would definitely recommend trying Kroc out. Just realize it does take about 1 full minute for the app to load to the point where you can see your accounts! + Very slow to navigate around.

★★☆☆☆ Too many logins with username and password required even when set up with Biometric login. Inconvenient and slows payments down

★★☆☆☆ Kroc was fantastic until it wasn't, early September reported issues that logging in just isn't working, and they still haven't been able to fix the app. I persevered but have now moved everything to another bank account because I can't get into the Kroc app, it takes 30/40 attempts by which time most transactions have timed out. Particularly problematic when you have to verify in app.
