Couldn't even add my credit card as a payment method. The app just hangs after I approve the payment of 0 euro. Update: it worked with PayPal. Kicks me out periodically, though, so I have to log in again.

The app has a very good-looking GUI, which is the only good think I noticed. The bad things: the app doesn't know the bus stops I regularly use and some transportation routes. Instead of well-known direct route, which takes 15 minutes and available several times a day, it regularly shows me only one ridiculous route taking 1.5 hours with 3 transport changes available only once a day! What a nonsense! Enhancement: that would be great to add route templates for everyday routines.

The app lost my payment data and I can't enter it again. The app just takes my data and says that the entry was successful, but the new payment data never appears in the app. I really don't want to know where my data might have gone after I entered it into the app. I doubt that it is secure if there are such obvious flaws in the payment workflow. Don't use this app, folks! Use DB Navigator instead, they sell KVV tickets as well and keep your data secure.

Registration faulty due to error in birthday entry, year and date takes current date. I had to create the account with today date and change it later in the account.

Very poor performance for showing the connections. The app does not show many tram and bus services even if the services are actually running. On the contrary, the previous KVV app was doing the job decently!
