If I could give 0 stars I would, App "doesn't work" for walks in its $200 out of pocket for a test, and you have to use the app to get in.

My experience with Kyla was not good. They lost my sample and did not reverted. After 24 hours, I started chasing them, and they had no clue. They asked me to contact the Action Urgent Care center at Meridian. I was not able to reach a human there. Finally, I wrote back to customer service. After two days, the customer service told me that my sample is inconclusive, and I have to come for a retest. I was lucky that I also went for Covid Test at Santa Clara County which saved my trip.

Tried to get a test today here is what I went through: Asked for Insurance even though it had stored picture of my ID cards. Said Zoom invite would be sent in 15 min, took an hour. Joined zoom. Zoom asked for code. No code provided. Backed out. App says "looks like you were busy, adding you back into the queue". Really feels like you are making it impossible to get tested.
