The professional that they sent out to meet me was very informative and very professional, I ran into some delivery problems, however dealing with the company in Minnesota proved to be the Key to my problem. The Compression Pump is a great bonus to my home PT protocol. I have crazy lymphedema after my 2nd breast cancer radiation treatment. From thighs to full trunk/arm/chest & back of shoulders. Been using it for 5 months, daily. I follow ea treatment with Compression garments. I also do cupping & Fascia stretching. My swelling would reduce after ea Pump treatment for abt 12 hours at first; it is now reducing for 24 to 48 hours. This Pump has made a huge difference. Glad I have it.!

Program stopped working today after 6 Months. The apt kept saying no account and would not let me log in. After a day of trying I gave up and waited until the next day, and then it started working again.

I downloaded it at the doctor's office because Tactile representative said I would need it. It All of a sudden stop working when I tried connecting my machine. This is so disappointing. Calling the company and reporting to whomever I need to.

This device pops both my knees out of their joints every time I use it. Cause pain for last 15 minutes runs. Takes 30 minutes after treatment just get my legs back after 1 treatment, losing 3-hour day. On something does not work!!

I get to the part where it asks to tell it where your swelling is, and it won't go any further. What to do? I tried deleting the app and reinstalled it, and it's still doing the same thing... Any suggestions?
