When I tried to order a sliders' combo, it would only give me the option for chimichurri fries and no other fries options. Also, I wanted a different kind of cheese on my burger, but I could only do that by removing the pepper jack cheese and then being charged $0.50 for cheddar cheese. Ideally it seems I shouldn't be charged for changing the type of cheese.

The lack of customization on "combo" items restricts my ability to order as I desire. As a vegetarian, it would be useful to be able to substitute veggie patties onto other burger options. I was also under the impression that a Kyle's Kitchen app would mean KK deliveries. I like the idea of supporting local businesses, however, I've come to realize that deliveries are fulfilled by DoorDash. I do not wish to support DoorDash after CA Prop 22. Don't support the gutting of worker's rights!

Difficult to select a pickup time and then the confirmed time was 20 min after that. Also, unclear why there's a service charge on pickup orders
