THIS APP SUCKS! MAKES MY LIFE MISERABLE! WORTH 0 STARS! USELESS APP I just got a job and need to use Commuter express to Thousand Oaks, I never carry cash, so I have to use app. This app only lets you pay $30+ worth of value, Every time I use the app drivers are up my ass saying it's (Base trip) and I have to pay cash instead!! Conclusion: •Have an option where people can transfer money starting at $3 regardless if base or zone trip not be forced to buy 31-day trip

Easy to use, but lately takes forever to load the route of where the bus is. Another issue I have been seen for quite some time is that the buses don't show in real time, although on the map it says there is no incoming bus, but there actually is a bus coming. Would really like it if the buses showed on the map on real time always not just every so often
