Very poor app. Constant glitches and incorrect scores. Also, they pull out matches just so you can't cash out. Halftime/fulltime bets especially where you have a team to lead at halftime but lose at fulltime odds of 20/1 or higher usually and if it is still on at halftime that match will have all bets suspended and the cashout will be suspended also. Horrific app, just like their website. Hopeless if you expect a cash out ( which they offer and withdraw when it suits them ) . Man city beat stoke 3 0 on saturday according to a check of my settled bets on tuesday. Final score 7 - 2 . Customer service a joke. Throw your money away before downloading this app. Dont let the concerned comments fool you. Theye been like this for months.EXACTLY the same problems on their website. There will be no " further issues " with Ladbrokes. You had months to correct complaints. Using other company.

Decent app but often is slow keeping in play scores correct and alot of times matches pending in bet slip that are clearly in play preventing cash outs Update : once again you are sat to see your accas pending .. preventing any possibility of cashing out .. scores coming through wrong and not updating ... seriously you need to give your heads a shake .. changed my rating as now it's getting tedious and your not giving players a fair crack at cashing out and forcing them into sitting on bets ... unbelievable
