The app keeps buffering even with strong signal. I tried force close the app, installed and uninstalled several times, and it still does not work! It's so frustrating. I've purchased so many things in NBC and cannot even credit my points. Then I get an email saying that my points that I had (when the app was still working) is about to expire. I don't know what else to do!

I can't redeem from sales invoice. The app does not even let me save my qr code, I had to screenshot, your email for CS did not respond to me, and it's been 2 days already. Go back to physical cards. Sayang2 lang yung points sa hinding gumaganang app Niño.
