The access is so hard to use, if you press back accidentally it resets and if you try to log in in again it says try again after 15 minutes. It is a hassle. I don't think it's an error. It is a system flaw. If accidentally backed out it should have at least automatically log it out like other bank apps. No need to wait "15 minutes."

This app is only good for balance inquiry. Can't even do fund transfer even emailed the bank for bank transfer account registration but no response of whatsoever. Very lame for LBP

Always logging out automatically due to not using for a while or intermittent connection when trying to transfer funds. Even though having a strong reliable connection and trying it again for how many times already.
