What captured my attention most about the app is the name Citizen and my expectation was highly met. A one-stop app to order anything in an enclosed Virginity. From the ticket purchase to the food and beverage orders. Well-thought-out and Fantastic service. I highly recommend.

After downloading the App and signing up. I can't go pass the beach rules and regulations page, making payment is stressful

I recently purchased a ticket for an event 5 days from today After purchasing it on the app, I was shown my purchased ticket, and I immediately took a screenshot. Upon a return to the app. I clicked my ticket details again under "My Bookings", and till now I haven't seen the ticket details. The "My Bookings" page shows I have purchased a ticket, but if I click on it, I see nothing. Thank God I took a screenshot of the details & the QR code. Anyone reading this should always take screenshots

Why can't I transfer back the unused money in my landmark app to my normal bank account?? I can fund the citizen app from my account but can't send back the unused ones?? It's supposed to be a two-way thing FGS! I should be able to do other stuffs on the app apart from buying tickets for the beach or events! And if you know that your app is not completely ready then stop forcing people to download the app just because they want to use your beach!
