Worked Great The location of my home rarely loses power. The last time was in the big outage of 2003. Lost power around 6:00 this evening used this app to let them know it was out and in less than 15 minutes it was back on. Great job BW&L! If you or a loved one uses the Board of Water and Light for any of their services you need to get this app.

When will you get my lights on? This has been a very poorly organized operation. Everyone s light are on except for my 1/2 of the block. Also, the app. Sucks. It is difficult to use. I have difficulty finding my street. No means of determine when power might be restored. You need alternate means of communication Using the internet as your only means of communication is insufficient. You have also failed to explain what people need to do.
