Phone app works well enough. Occasionally requires a quick Bluetooth on/off cycle to click. Please consider creating an app for Wear OS watches! It's not like us apartment dwellers have much a say in what smart lock systems we use.

Any apartment complex looking to incorporate this, please do not!! Use a key fob instead. It's honestly a coin flip if this app will work or not. I have to get through two doors to get to my apartment it'll work for one then not the other, or neither. Sometimes it doesn't even work when I hit unlock on the phone. Sometimes my access to all my apartment complex doors disappears. Most of the time I am carrying stuff so entering the manual code isn't feasible. Most of the time I am frustrated!

On android phones you have to press unlock for the app to work instead of just being able to open the app close to the lock. Also no widgets for android phones.

Does not work without opening the app. To unlock the door, the latch app has to be opened every time. This is a huge inconvenience. I tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling but to no avail. Samsung S23 Ultra
