★★★★★ Easy to see balance and pay. Doesn't always allow payments after certain time of day, and you have to then remember the next day to do the payment (seems to be around 5-6pm AEST). Easier access to customer service through the app would be good.

★★★★★ The app works quite well. The only feature I'm missing is to chat securely with a customer service representative through the app. I'm overseas at the moment and receive regular texts to confirm purchases or possible fraudulent transactions, but I'm unable to reply since I haven't got roaming on my plan. The only alternative I've found is Facebook Messenger to chat with customer service, but it is a lengthy process.

★★☆☆☆ Nothing wrong with the app. The one star is for introducing an $8 a month card fee. I'm going overseas and when I come back, you can shove your 28 Degrees latitude card. And you have the hide to charge 27.99% interest. What a cheek!

★★☆☆☆ All the links are showing that Oops something went wrong. I'm not able to verify my Bank account details and now Latitude charged monthly payment additional fee.

★★☆☆☆ It's good for massive purchases, but the policy behind it is very misleading. They always market it as an interest fee payment. However, they implemented the interest into another name as service fee so it is not really interest free at all
