★★★★★ The majority of the jobs, in my 30-year experience professional opinion, aren't estimated properly, so you get what they estimated at a lower price and since there's a lacking of available gigs you also have to compete for, there's virtually no consistency. It's a good app and I still give it 4 stars, just needs a ton of improvement by people who actually run lawn care businesses.

★★☆☆☆ Accepted a snow plow job, hit the start job, and uploaded the before photos, and the user canceled the job before I could finish. Now I've lost the money for that job, and tech support insists that I wasn't using the app correct, and I shouldn't have plowed a canceled job. I know with 100% certainty that the job was still active when I started. Lawn guru won't pay me and only wants to argue. Unbelievable. They are making me feel like I'm some kind of idiot.

★★☆☆☆ They under pay for jobs and will deduct payments from you if you complete a job on their customer service direction.
