I canceled this lawn service at the beginning of summer because the service person canceled and rescheduled too many times. They charged me for a lawn mowing service on September 27, 2024, several months after the cancelation.

They came to do my yard and stole a planter, very unprofessional as well as leaving the grass cut on the yard instead of blowing it away. I tried speaking with customer service but no response 👎. Since you have the ability to change the company providing the service I will do that. In the meantime no good to the Electric Lawns company who came and stole from my yard, and left the grass clippings everywhere.

Our very first service was rescheduled 3 times, so I decided to cancel the service all together. They said I had to finish two services. Fine, I will deal. With that. Except the first service, the "pro" only used the weed eater on a few sections of my property and never mowed. Now lawn starter has claimed that my second service was just completed, but I have cameras on my home and no one ever showed up at my house. So.I will have to fight the charge with my bank. This is a garbage service.
